Omg, i luv the rainwater shower in the bathroom! rooms r exactly as in the pics. Staff were friendly, but some lack customer service skills. No fruit for breakfast, but overall a gr8 stay! 😊🚿

The room was clean with a great location and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the hotel wasn't noisy. However, the air conditioning was too cold and there was a charge for luggage storage. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed the convenience of the nearby subway station and small market.

Had a fine stay at a nice hotel in New York, everything was excellent. Liked the double room with two double beds and the way it was setup. Incredible and decent location, walking distance to Herald Square.

The hotel was big, spotlessly clean and had hot breakfast. The rooms were updated and immaculate, the staff were highly courteous.

The bunk beds were comfy and the daily room cleaning was a plus. the fresh towels and GREAT shower made our stay easy. I would stay here again! the photos don't do justice to the amazing staff!

The location was excellent for walking to attractions. However, the rude staff failed to clean rooms or provide basic amenities without hassle. The A/C was inconsistent, and unexpected fees were charged. Despite these issues, the room was clean, the staff friendly, and overall noise levels were minimal.

About 20/25min walk or 2/3 subway stop to get to cenral park, times square, Mme Tussaud's museum, top of the rock and natural history museum.

I liked the location since it's in a very central place. The hotel looks pretty new and modern. The attention is good from the staff. On the day of check out they keep your bags for free. They made it easy for us to find transportation to the airport that was best for us. It has a safe. They make your bed and replace the towels every day.

The size of the room is quite small, there is hardly any space left to leave the suitcases open, we had to keep them closed. There's a closet but for two people it's still fair. There's only one bedside table. The heating is quite noisy. The dryer stopped when I was using it for a while and I had to wait a few seconds for it to start working again (the positive side is that it was not a wall dryer, it was a normal one).

Very comfortable bed. The room's coffee is more than acceptable. In general, we were very comfortable. No opinion of the breakfast or the restaurant, we did not use it. The view would be spectacular if it weren't for the building they are building but it is still very good.
